Trophies won in last year's show must be returned in time for presentation at this year’s show.

 

It is your responsibility to have them engraved if appropriate and if you so wish.

 

I should be grateful if you could return the Trophy before this year's Show Day. Please contact me to let me know whether this is possible. If it is only possible to return it on Show day please let me know in advance by phone to make appropriate arrangements.

 

I should be very grateful if you could ensure that the trophy is returned in a clean condition ready for the presentation to this year’s winner.

 

I  hope that you will be able to come again this year.
